1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Novo Pro Tech's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Novo Pro Tech.

2. Subscription & Auto-Pay

By completing a purchase, you authorise Novo Pro Tech to charge your payment method $50.00 on a recurring monthly basis, starting on the date of purchase. Charges will be processed automatically on the same calendar date each month.

You acknowledge that:

  • Auto-pay activates immediately upon account creation
  • Subscription runs for a minimum 15-month term, then continues monthly until cancelled with 30 days' written notice
  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

3. Cancellation Policy & Minimum Commitment

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. You will retain access to your website and services until the end of the paid period.

⚠️ Early cancellation fee

Your subscription carries a minimum commitment of 15 months from the date your account is created. If you cancel before completing 15 months of paid service, a one-time early-cancellation fee of US$350 will be charged to the payment method on file at the time of cancellation, in addition to any unpaid amounts. This fee covers the design, development and onboarding work delivered up front. After 15 months you may cancel at any time without any early-cancellation fee.

4. Service Delivery

Novo Pro Tech will deliver the completed website within 5 business days of receiving all required information from the client. This timeline assumes:

  • The client provides complete and accurate business information
  • The client responds to any clarification requests within 24 hours
  • No material changes to scope are requested after work has begun

Novo Pro Tech reserves the right to request additional information necessary to complete the project. Delivery timelines may be extended if required information is not provided promptly.

5. Refund Policy

A full refund is available within 24 hours of purchase, provided that work on your project has not yet commenced. To request a refund, contact support@novoprotech.com within this window.

After work has commenced, no refunds will be issued. Commencement is defined as any design work, development, or research undertaken specifically for your project.

6. Privacy & Data (Privacy Policy)

Your personal and payment data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your information. We never sell your personal data to third parties. Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors — we do not store your full card details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novo Pro Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration before a single arbitrator. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and class action participation.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
